Ornstein Confirms Liverpool’s Official Bid for 25-Year-Old in Transfer Move

Liverpool have officially made an offer to sign Crystal Palace centre-back Marc Guehi.

According to David Ornstein of The Athletic, the Reds have tabled a bid of approximately £35 million, excluding any add-ons, for the 25-year-old defender. It remains to be seen whether Crystal Palace will accept the proposal.

Guehi, who is in the final year of his contract, is reportedly keen to leave and has turned down a renewal offer from the London club. Palace now face the prospect of losing him for free next summer if they don’t sanction a move in this window.
