The 24-year-old is in the final year of his contract at Crystal Palace and has reportedly decided against an extension. He’s aiming for a move to a bigger club, with Liverpool being his preferred destination.

The Reds could try to secure him for a reduced fee in January, or opt to wait and sign him on a free transfer next summer. Either way, adding Guehi would boost their defensive options and could prove to be a smart investment.
