Liverpool are reportedly “deleting and editing” training footage involving one player for a valid reason, according to claims.

The Reds, under manager Arne Slot, are currently in outstanding form, leading both the Premier League and Champions League groups while losing just one match across all competitions. Their success is even more remarkable considering their only major summer signing, Federico Chiesa, has barely played due to fitness issues.

However, one lesser-known signing has been making waves. In September, Liverpool secured 16-year-old Rio Ngumoha from Chelsea, beating Manchester City to his signature. The transfer, which passed the Premier League’s five-step approval process, is awaiting a tribunal to determine compensation.

Ngumoha has impressed this season in the Under-18 Premier League and UEFA Youth League and is considered a future star for Liverpool. He has already joined first-team training, but reports from Anfield Watch suggest the club is managing the hype surrounding him. They have allegedly been editing footage from training sessions where Ngumoha has excelled, particularly when he outshines senior players, and omitting it from their “Inside Training” YouTube series.

Known for his confidence, Ngumoha has a 72.2% dribbling success rate in the Under-18 Premier League but has yet to debut for the Under-21s. The young talent has already expressed ambitions to win the Ballon d’Or and become a football legend, stating in an interview, “I believe I can win the Ballon d’Or and be regarded as one of the best players to ever play the
