Marcus Rashford is reportedly ‘frustrated’ with Manchester United over their recent transfer decisions, according to a report.

The forward was left out of Ruben Amorim’s squad once again as United suffered a heavy 3-0 defeat to Bournemouth at Old Trafford.

Just a day after the disappointing loss, the Manchester Evening News reported that Rashford is ‘unhappy’ with the club for exploring potential buyers without notifying him. Sources close to the 27-year-old claim United have been ‘informing clubs’ of his availability, with Rashford himself allegedly unaware of these developments.

The report suggests Rashford could be available for transfer in the January window, raising the possibility that he has already played his last game for the club. United had considered selling him last summer but received no offers.

Rashford has faced a challenging season under Amorim, including being dropped for the Manchester derby and missing the Carabao Cup clash with Tottenham due to illness. Speaking after the Bournemouth defeat, Amorim defended his selection choices, saying:

“It’s my decision, and it always will be. I want to see the best from my players and try different things with different options. That’s my focus.”

Rashford has scored seven goals in 24 appearances this season, a slight improvement from his eight-goal tally last term, though far from the 30 goals he managed in the 2022/23 campaign.
