Tottenham is considering a loan move for Real Madrid’s Endrick.
Brazilian prodigy yet to impress in Madrid
Endrick was viewed as a major acquisition for Real Madrid when they secured his signing nearly a year ago, with the young striker joining the Spanish club ahead of the current season.
The 18-year-old has shown flashes of potential this season, registering two goals and an assist across nine appearances in La Liga, though he has only started once (Transfermarkt).
Reports now suggest that Real Madrid is open to loaning out Endrick to help him gain more experience.
Tottenham eager to seize opportunity
According to Fichajes.com, Carlo Ancelotti’s side wants Endrick to develop at a high-level club to prepare him for a future starting role at Madrid. Tottenham has reportedly expressed interest, seeing the Brazilian forward as a good match for their project.
Ange Postecoglou, known for his work with young talent, reportedly believes the Madrid youngster would bring “creativity and energy” to his team.
Tottenham deal appears unlikely
Despite the Fichajes report, Spurs are typically cautious about loan deals without a buy option or obligation. Real Madrid, however, views Endrick as part of their long-term plans and is unlikely to approve such an arrangement.
