The 18-year-old full-back, who has become a regular in the first team this season, found the net as Arsenal triumphed over Pep Guardiola’s side. It’s been an impressive season for the young defender, who grabbed attention in September when he received a yellow card before even stepping onto the pitch in his league debut.

During that match, Lewis-Skelly’s first Premier League appearance, a heated exchange between his teammate Gabriel and Haaland followed a late equalizer from John Stones. Haaland confronted the teenager, asking “who the f*** are you” before continuing his argument with Jakub Kiwior.

Fast forward four months, and Lewis-Skelly got his payback, celebrating his first Arsenal goal by performing Haaland’s signature meditation move after putting his side 3-1 up. In doing so, he became the youngest player since Wayne Rooney in 2003 to score against the defending champions.
