Liverpool fans are certain that two players will depart the club after revealing footage from the Man City match surfaces.

Liverpool fans believe two players are likely to leave the club after spotting revealing footage before the Man City clash.

Liverpool strengthened their grip at the top of the Premier League with a 2-0 victory over Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City at the Etihad on Sunday.

Mo Salah played a key role, scoring and assisting Dominik Szoboszlai’s goal, prompting jubilant away supporters to chant, “We’re going to win the league,” while City fans exited in disappointment after a lackluster display from the hosts.

Despite Liverpool’s strong campaign, not everyone in the squad seems entirely satisfied.

Ahead of the game, footage surfaced featuring two players who were left out of the starting lineup—Konstantinos Tsimikas and Darwin Nunez. Both were named on the bench by Arne Slot, with Tsimikas coming on as a late substitute, replacing Andrew Robertson with 16 minutes remaining.

Nunez, 25, was not given a chance to redeem himself after his costly miss against Aston Villa midweek, further fueling speculation about his future.

Following the release of the footage, fans took to social media to express their opinions, with many suggesting both players could depart this summer.

One fan commented: “You can’t have players with that attitude around the squad. Regardless of their frustration, the team needs unity and positivity.”

Another added: “They haven’t done themselves any favors when given opportunities. I expect both to move on in the summer.”

A third simply stated: “We need to offload them both.”

While a fourth wrote: “Nunez is likely getting sold. I wish him well and hope he finds form elsewhere.”

Tsimikas is under contract until 2027, while Nunez’s deal runs until 2028. However, the Greek left-back has struggled for regular game time, and Nunez has yet to justify his £85m price tag since his 2022 arrival from Benfica, raising further doubts about their futures at Anfield.
