According to Florian Plettenberg of Sky Germany, Liverpool could see multiple departures this summer as Slot looks to revamp the squad. Among those reportedly at risk are Caoimhin Kelleher, Wataru Endo, Harvey Elliott, Federico Chiesa, and Jota.

Elliott, in particular, has faced frustration due to limited game time under Slot, while Endo has received praise but hasn’t been a consistent starter. Jota’s future is also in question, as he has struggled with injuries and inconsistency throughout the season. Despite being one of Liverpool’s most clinical finishers, his fitness issues have limited his contributions.

With his contract running until 2027, Liverpool may consider offloading Jota if Slot decides to reshape the attack. Ahead of the PSG clash, Jota openly admitted to having a challenging season, acknowledging his fitness struggles and lack of form.

“It’s been a difficult season for me,” Jota told Liverpool.com. “I had a few complications throughout the season.

“These last couple of months are the most important, where things get decided. I don’t feel I’m at my best at the moment, but by playing, I will get there. I always try to give my best, no matter what.”
