Major lift for Liverpool as “underrated” star weighs exit from current club

Rodrygo Goes considering Real Madrid exit, putting Premier League clubs on alert

Real Madrid forward Rodrygo Goes is reportedly re-evaluating his future at the club ahead of the summer transfer window, potentially opening the door for interest from Liverpool, Arsenal, and other top sides.

Despite his world-class ability, the Brazilian international has struggled to maintain consistent form and is no longer guaranteed a starting spot at the Bernabéu. According to Marca, this is a sensitive period in Rodrygo’s career, as he appears open to the possibility of a move elsewhere.

Rodrygo, who has previously been praised by Jude Bellingham as an “underrated” figure in the squad, could be a valuable asset for clubs seeking attacking reinforcements. Premier League sides like Liverpool and Arsenal have both been linked with the 24-year-old in recent months.

While concrete negotiations have yet to emerge, both clubs could be viable destinations given their need for forward depth. Rodrygo could provide Arsenal with a sharper attacking edge, and for Liverpool, he might represent a step up from players like Darwin Núñez or the often-injured Diogo Jota.

Unless Madrid can offer him a more prominent role, they risk losing a talented player—and possibly strengthening one of their continental rivals in the process.
