“Let’s not start comparing him to Trent just yet—they’re quite different players,” Slot explained. “But the potential in Conor is clear. Just last week, I walked onto the pitch with him and was surprised to learn it was his first visit to Chelsea. Given how far along he is, that was unexpected.”
“He’s undoubtedly a talented player, but injuries have limited his season. To reach the next level, consistency and availability are key. That’s what he must work on ahead of next year.”
