Revealed: Liverpool plotting last-minute double swoop for top Premier League talents

According to reports from Sky Sports and other sources, Liverpool are prioritizing moves for Newcastle United striker Alexander Isak and Crystal Palace centre-back Marc Guehi in the final stages of the transfer window.

Isak has been on Liverpool’s radar throughout the summer, though Newcastle remain reluctant to part with their star forward. However, the Swedish international is reportedly pushing for an exit, even going as far as publicly criticizing the club over his treatment.

Meanwhile, Guehi is also a long-term target for Liverpool. Manager Arne Slot appears to be planning for the future, with Ibrahima Konate’s contract set to expire next summer.

Could Liverpool pull off this ambitious double deal? The club has already made significant moves in the market, signing players like Hugo Ekitike, Florian Wirtz, Jeremie Frimpong, and Milos Kerkez.
