Liverpool have reportedly finalized an agreement to acquire the £88 million star, much to Bayern Munich’s surprise.

RB Leipzig’s 19-year-old winger Yan Diomande has quickly emerged as one of Europe’s most promising young forwards. The Ivory Coast international is enjoying a breakout season in the Bundesliga, and his rapid rise has caught the attention of top clubs.

Bayern Munich are reportedly interested in the Leipzig talent, but there are increasing claims that Liverpool may have already taken the lead in signing him, according to Bayern Space.

Diomande joined Leipzig from Spanish side Leganés last summer as a long-term investment with immediate impact potential. The move has paid off: in his debut season in Germany, the teenager has scored nine goals and provided seven assists across all competitions.

Known for his explosive pace, smart movement in wide areas, and calmness in one-on-one situations, Diomande has impressed Bundesliga observers. Bayern are said to value his profile as they continue evolving their squad.

However, reports suggest the German champions believe Liverpool may have already reached an agreement in principle with the player.
