The French forward recently scored in Chelsea’s 1-0 Conference League win over Heidenheim, helping the team maintain their perfect record in the competition. However, after 18 months at Stamford Bridge, Nkunku could be set for a return to Paris Saint-Germain, according to TBR Football.

PSG, where Nkunku began his career, are reportedly keen on re-signing him five years after his departure. Despite making 78 appearances and scoring 11 goals during his first stint, he didn’t achieve standout success individually. Now, PSG’s revamped squad, no longer centered around Lionel Messi, Neymar, and Kylian Mbappé, could offer Nkunku a fresh opportunity.

The French club has emphasized signing domestic talent recently, and bringing Nkunku back would align with this strategy. Reports suggest PSG are open to including forward Randal Kolo Muani in a potential swap deal. Kolo Muani, not currently favored by PSG manager Luis Enrique, could appeal to Chelsea, who sought a striker over the summer to complement Nicolas Jackson.
