Exclusive: Man City star reportedly complains to teammates about the quality of the club’s hotels and food.

A prominent Manchester City star has reportedly been expressing dissatisfaction with life at the club, criticizing the quality of hotels and food, according to sources cited by Football Insider.

The player, a key figure in Pep Guardiola’s starting lineup, has been voicing his frustrations to both teammates and staff in recent weeks. A source revealed, “He’s been complaining a lot—about the hotels, the food, everything. The way he’s acting, it seems like he doesn’t want to be here anymore.”

This comes as a surprise, given City’s reputation for providing top-tier accommodations and amenities for their players, including luxury hotels, private flights for away games, and on-site facilities at their training ground.

The discontent has surfaced during a challenging period for the team, as they endure a seven-game winless streak across all competitions. The poor run began with a League Cup exit to Tottenham in October and includes four consecutive Premier League losses and underwhelming performances in the Champions League. City currently face a two-point deficit to secure automatic qualification for the knockout stages.

Guardiola’s side will look to bounce back when they face Nottingham Forest on Wednesday (4 Dec

ember).
