The Senegalese forward, who has scored eight Premier League goals in 13 appearances this season, returned to the starting lineup at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium after being rested for Chelsea’s midweek 5-1 win over Southampton.

Despite Spurs taking an early 2-0 lead within 15 minutes, Enzo Maresca’s side mounted an impressive comeback. Jackson remained on the pitch as Enzo Fernandez’s goal completed the turnaround to 3-2, where Jackson made a critical intervention.
