Rasmus Hojlund trolls Kyle Walker with a poetic post on social media following Man Utd’s thrilling victory over Man City.
Rasmus Hojlund mocked Kyle Walker with a witty poem on social media after Manchester United’s dramatic comeback victory over Manchester City.
United secured a memorable win at the Etihad on Sunday. Josko Gvardiol opened the scoring for City in the 36th minute, but United staged a late turnaround with two goals in four minutes. Amad Diallo won a penalty converted by Bruno Fernandes before producing a stunning solo effort in the 90th minute to seal the win. Gary Neville later highlighted Diallo’s post-match celebration.
Following the game, Hojlund took a playful jab at Walker over their first-half clash. During the incident, Walker theatrically hit the ground, drawing criticism from Roy Keane, who called the reaction “embarrassing.” Hojlund joined in on the ridicule, posting an image of the moment alongside a cheeky poem:
“Manchester is red… Violets are blue. What a brilliant performance. But the Oscar goes to…”
The win was a vital boost for Ruben Amorim’s United, ending a two-match losing streak in the league and marking their sixth victory of the campaign. United now sit on 22 points, preparing to face Bournemouth on Sunday.
Meanwhile, City suffered their second consecutive defeat after also losing to Juventus in the Champions League. Pep Guardiola’s side, with 27 points, will aim to bounce back when they face Aston Villa on
Saturday.
