Napoli, managed by Antonio Conte, is reportedly interested in signing Kiwior permanently. Talks between Kiwior’s representatives and Napoli are expected to take place soon. Despite having three-and-a-half years left on his Arsenal contract following his move from Spezia in January 2023, the 24-year-old is eyeing a move away.

Kiwior has made 51 appearances for Arsenal and has been involved in recent games, starting against Manchester United and Fulham before being benched against Everton. His request comes amid Arsenal’s defensive struggles, with injuries to Ben White, Takehiro Tomiyasu, Oleksandr Zinchenko, and Riccardo Calafiori.

Mikel Arteta acknowledged the situation, hinting at potential reinforcements in January. “We’re monitoring the injured players daily, and while I don’t expect a busy January window, surprises can happen,” Arteta said. He remains optimistic that squad availability will improve in the coming weeks.
