Real Madrid plotting an £80m move to snatch Liverpool star.

Now, Spanish outlet Fichajes reports that Real Madrid have expressed interest in Liverpool midfielder Dominik Szoboszlai.

While Real Madrid have focused recently on signing free agents to save on transfer fees—such as Antonio Rüdiger and David Alaba—they have shown a willingness to spend big for top talent, as seen with the acquisitions of Jude Bellingham and Tchouaméni.

Szoboszlai, who joined Liverpool from RB Leipzig in a £60m deal in 2023, has only seen his value rise. A swap deal could be a possibility, with Szoboszlai, Tchouaméni, and Rodrygo all under contract until 2028, making negotiations potentially complicated.
