Arsenal remain linked with a move for Alexander Isak, but Newcastle have placed a staggering £150 million price tag on the striker. Newcastle are reluctant to sell and, with over three years left on Isak’s contract, they hold a strong negotiating position. According to The Telegraph, the club is preparing to discuss a contract extension with the player.

Paris Saint-Germain, Barcelona, and Real Madrid are also monitoring Isak, while Liverpool see him as a potential replacement for Mohamed Salah, should contract talks with the Egyptian fall through.

Goalkeeper Search Expands

Arsenal have broadened their search for a backup goalkeeper to support David Raya. Espanyol’s Joan Garcia is a prime target, with a £25 million release clause, though it is unclear if Arsenal will make a move. Boca Juniors’ Leandro Brey, with a £12 million release clause, has also drawn interest from Arsenal, as well as Lazio, Napoli, and Atletico Madrid.

Porto manager Vitor Bruno has dismissed rumors that Arsenal will recall Fabio Vieira in January. Vieira was left out of Porto’s recent win over Boavista, but Bruno explained that the decision was based on performance and day-to-day behavior.
