After joining City in a record-breaking £100 million transfer in 2021, Grealish impressed in his first two seasons and played a key role in the club’s historic treble-winning campaign in 2022/23. However, this season, the winger has fallen out of favor under Pep Guardiola, receiving significantly reduced playing time, which has caught the attention of several top clubs across Europe.

Grealish has made just 21 appearances this season, many as a substitute, prompting interest from Premier League clubs such as Aston Villa, Newcastle United, Tottenham Hotspur, and Manchester United. Additionally, according to SunSport, European giants Inter Milan and Borussia Dortmund have also entered the race, closely monitoring the 29-year-old’s situation. If his limited game time persists, both clubs are reportedly prepared to make a move during the summer transfer window.

Although Grealish has chosen not to publicly address his reduced role at City, he recently shared a cryptic Instagram story featuring a quote about character, possibly hinting at the ongoing rumors. Meanwhile, Guardiola has explained his decision to play summer signing Savinho over Grealish in recent matches, citing Savinho’s form and contributions as the deciding factor.
