Jadon Sancho shared a brief but meaningful message in response to Marcus Rashford’s farewell note after confirming his loan transfer from Manchester United to Aston Villa.

Rashford, who hasn’t played for United since December, will join Villa on loan until the season’s end, with Villa covering 70% of his £325,000-per-week wages, as reported by Fabrizio Romano. The deal also includes a £40 million buy option, potentially leading to a three-and-a-half-year contract.

In his Instagram post, Rashford thanked both Manchester United and Aston Villa for facilitating the loan, expressing his admiration for Villa’s season and Unai Emery’s ambitions. He added that joining Villa was an easy decision, and he was eager to get started. Rashford concluded by wishing his United teammates all the best for the remainder of the season.
