Liverpool fans are completely fed up with one player after a dreadful 45-minute performance against PSG.

Liverpool fans took to social media to share their reactions after watching the first half of their UEFA Champions League clash against Paris Saint-Germain.

On Wednesday night, Arne Slot’s side stepped into a hostile Parc des Princes as they continued their pursuit of a seventh Champions League title.

Facing them in the round of 16 was a resurgent PSG, who had been in strong form in recent weeks. Luis Enrique’s team started aggressively, applying relentless pressure on Liverpool in front of a packed stadium.

The hosts thought they had taken the lead, but a goal was ruled out for offside. Meanwhile, Alisson Becker made some crucial saves to keep the score level at 0-0.

Liverpool’s Ibrahima Konaté also had a tense moment when VAR reviewed his challenge on Bradley Barcola, who was through on goal.

However, much of the online discussion among Liverpool fans focused on Andy Robertson’s struggles, as the left-back found it difficult to cope with the in-form Ousmane Dembélé.

During TNT Sports’ coverage, Ally McCoist praised PSG’s dominant performance, saying: “What a first half from PSG. They have been dynamic, powerful, exuberant, and skillful.”

Despite the pressure, Liverpool managed to keep PSG at bay, going into halftime with the score still 0-0.

Following their clash with the French side, the Reds will turn their attention back to the Premier League as they host Southampton at Anfield on Saturday afternoon.

A win would allow them to extend their lead at the top of the table to 16 points before Arsenal faces Manchester United on Sunday.
