Arsenal, Liverpool, and Chelsea learn Raphinha’s availability from Barcelona
Barcelona winger Raphinha has become a major talking point in the transfer market, with Premier League sides Arsenal, Liverpool, and Chelsea showing strong interest in the Brazilian star.
Raphinha has been outstanding this season, playing a crucial role in Barcelona’s success. Under Hansi Flick’s leadership, the club has reached the Champions League semifinals and is leading the race for the La Liga title.
The 27-year-old has been Barcelona’s standout performer, racking up an impressive 30 goals and 23 assists, making him one of Europe’s most effective attackers.
As his performances continue to draw attention, speculation around his future has intensified. According to TBR Football, intermediaries have informed Arsenal, Liverpool, and Chelsea that Raphinha could be available this summer — but it would take a fee of around £80 million to secure his return to the Premier League, where he previously starred for Leeds United.
All three English clubs are closely monitoring his situation and have expressed a desire to be kept updated on any developments.
Despite his contract running until 2027, Barcelona are keen to tie him down to a new long-term deal, with club director Deco leading the effort to retain him.
Interest has also emerged from the Saudi Pro League, but Raphinha is expected to reject any approach from there, just as he would from other suitors not aligned with his career ambitions.
Currently enjoying the best season of his career, Raphinha has firmly established himself in La Liga and is now considered a leading contender for the Ballon d’Or, especially if Barcelona clinch both the league title and Champions League trophy.
Meanwhile, Arsenal and Arne Slot’s Liverpool are also tracking Lille forward Jonathan David as another potential attacking addition.
