However, negotiations became complicated due to the Nigerian striker’s wage demands. Chelsea spent days negotiating but ultimately pulled out when Osimhen refused to lower his demands. He later joined Galatasaray on an initial loan deal, leaving Nicolas Jackson as Enzo Maresca’s primary striker.
