Harvey Elliott has apologized to Valencia fans after being sent off in their 2-1 defeat to Villarreal.
The Liverpool loanee received two quick yellow cards, including one for dissent, before Villarreal scored a late winner.
Elliott admitted his mistake and vowed to work harder, while Valencia boss Javier Aguirre called the dismissal “absurd” and “ridiculous.”
